Our services are performed by registered nurses and are intended for use by attorneys, law firms, insurance professionals, veterans, and other authorized clients. Our services do not constitute the practice of medicine, the provision of medical advice, or the establishment of a physician-patient relationship.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon at the time of engagement. GHSMDR reserves the right to suspend or withhold delivery of work product pending receipt of payment. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in the applicable service agreement.

GHSMDR treats all client information, medical records, and work product as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information or the contents of any engagement to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to perform the requested services, or as expressly authorized by the client.

Clients agree to treat any proprietary information, methodologies, or processes of GHSMDR disclosed in connection with an engagement as confidential and not to disclose such information to third parties without our prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and service descriptions — is the property of GHSMDR or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
