His nursing expertise includes Legal Nursing Case Management, Utilization Review Case Management, Home Health, Nursing Homes, Correctional Nursing, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Med-Surgical, Mental Health and veteran administration disabilities-Title 38.

Garvey T. Dobbins, RN, PMHNP-BC MHA, MSN, B.A., ACLS

Vice President

Mr. Dobbins is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and also has a double Master's in Health Administration and Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts. He is Advance Cardiac Live Support Certified. His nursing expertise includes Mental Health, Utilization Review Case Management, Medical Case Management, Director of Nursing Education, Assistant Nursing Director of Medical Services, Unit Supervisor, Medical Surgical Care, Long Term Health, and Rehabilitative Health.

Courtney R. Carter, RN-BC, MSN

Clinical Services Director

Ms. Carter holds a Master's Degree in Nursing. Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Clinician. Her nursing expertise includes Case Management Outpatient Med-Surgery Clinics, Case Management for Substance Abuse, Psychiatric Case Management, HMC, Anthem Disease Management/Telephonic Nursing, Nursing Home Charge Nurse/Nursing Supervisor, and Home Health Management.
