We recommend that you retain copies of all electronically signed documents for your own records. You may download and save any document provided to you through our secure client portal. GHSMDR retains electronic records in accordance with our data retention practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Security of Electronic Signatures
GHSMDR uses secure, encrypted transmission for all electronic documents and signatures. Access to our client portal requires verified login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any actions taken using your account.
